During his recent stay in Vienna, Sergey Teterin had reported that in his home-town Perm a robot cop had started patrolling the streets ... googling I found some reports to link to: News24, Yahoo.Actually it's a rather harmless version of a robo-cop: no weaponry at all (just cameras) and it suffers from infant's diseases like ... short-circuiting in the rain (LOLz)!
The vulnerable drone is supposed to boost security and morality by repeating monotonous instructions over and over to malefactors, boring them into compliance.
