Robot Soldiers make Human Comrades nervous, get discharged

What would your thoughts be if a lethally armed combat robot started pointing his M249 light machine gun in your direction - when apparently not told to do so?
Seems the US military is just as dastardly - they pulled out the three SWORD units that were deployed to Iraq last year, after "the gun started moving when it was not intended to move."
While the actual incidents happened already last year, so far no reason had been given for the withdrawal and the Army’s Program Executive Officer for Ground Forces, Kevin Fahey, felt obliged to note that the robots had never fired a shot when they weren't supposed to, at the RoboBusiness Conference in Pittsburgh.
